All About Our Multi-Room Addition Process

Feeling cramped in your current space? Maybe you’ve considered moving but are reluctant; you love your neighborhood and the kids love their school. Sounds like a good time to consider an addition.

In this article, new addition contractors Design Rebuild Remodeling Group will tell you all about the process of our multi-room addition.

Our Multi-Room Process

Large scale projects like these aren’t something you should take lightly; it’s important to understand the process.

The first step of our multi-room process is the consultation. Our expert team will arrive at your home to discuss the scope of your project, listen to your ideas, needs, and concerns and take measurements before we can give you a general estimate and timeline for the project.

The second step would be the design and planning itself; after a few days, we’ll meet with you again to present options for the designs we created. You can ask us to make changes, give your input or cancel the project entirely if you so desire.

After the design and planning, we will move to the final preparation when we can work together to refine, design and add finishing touches to the addition. This is also the stage where we sign contracts and take final measurements. Once that’s done, we can move on to the construction and implementation phase, as we make the construction as non-disruptive on your daily lives as much as possible.

The final process is the clean-up. Once we’re done with the construction, we’ll conduct a clean up to make sure everything is as tidy as it was before we even arrived.
