Design Build Remodeling Group was asked to construct a second story addition (approx. 22’ X 22’-9”) over an existing garage, to serve as a new Master Bedroom with a his and her walk-in closet. Additionally, we remodeled 1200 square feet of existing second floor space to include: relocating the Master Bathroom to include a spacious walk-in shower, remodeling the Hall Bathroom, creating a new laundry room, removing the interior wall to widen the hallway, replacing all interior trim and interior doors, adding recessed lighting and ceiling fans, replacing carpet and repainting.
