Every year, Pantone Color Institute announces a “Color of the Year” that they predict will see a surge in popular design. For the first time ever, they announced two colors for 2016 – rose quartz and serenity. While powder shades of blue like “serenity” are becoming increasingly popular in current kitchen designs – their popularity is exceeded by bright white and gray paint.
